To kick off its retail reinvention, Infor has partnered with Whole Foods Market in developing a brand new platform that will support their needs across the supply chain, leveraging science, design, and retail expertise to develop software to support their continued growth and scale. The initial concept that was designed follows the lifecycle of a frozen foods category from the decision to bring new items into the Whole Foods Assortment, through delivery to stores, and helping a customer find information on an out of stock item.
